Salters House

Fully serviced offices in a historic part of town.

Salters House comprises a two storey office building that has been carefully refurbished by us in the very beautiful old town area of Hull.

Black & white.

Black, white and gold – simple as that. With this concept, we have enhanced the historic architecture of the building and created simple, yet beautiful, exclusive offices where professionals from various sectors can work together under one roof.

Building from the 1900.

We have tried to retain as many historic features as we could and at the same time creating a modern working environment. Both floors have a range of office accommodation of varying sizes.

Bathrooms.

The simplest ideas are very often the most striking, our bold colour grout with white flat metro tiles and matching to the grout wall colour makes the statement and gives this traditional interior building some edge.

The classics.

The timeless black and white gave the interior a classic and distinguished look. We sourced quirky fun artwork and clocks form the 1980s which sit in the environment perfectly.

The communal kitchen.

This had to be versatile enough space to accommodate ale the studios. We wanted everything to have a purpose and ensure that nothing was purely for display.

Multi functional space.

The kitchen has a substantial breakfast bar with inside storage and integrated fridges for a day to day team lunches.

The space incorporates little seating zones that are great for informal meetings, but also we wanted this space to be used for pop-ups and other events.

We think it is a confident and forward-thinking space for Hull with a respect for traditional techniques and processes.

Manifestations.

We had a lot of fun coming up with a unique and creative design for the glazing manifestations. We wanted a simple yet complimentary style to the existing architecture and overall concept.
