Rollits law firm have now relocated to High Street in the Heart of Hull's old town.
RFD have created a modern, semi-open plan working environment for the staff, along with a large welcoming reception and meeting room complex to the ground floor. The space is approximately 18,500 sq ft over 4 floors.
We produced a detailed interior build specification including; commercial flooring, soundproofed glazing, power & data, integrated kitchen designs, and bespoke furniture such as the striking reception desk.
RFD specified a double glazed partitioning system with full height walnut doors to add a degree of quality to the project and to ensure all spaces were suitably soundproofed and confidential. The upper working floor each include 'Quiet Rooms' using the same partitioning system to allow private internal meetings and phone calls to take place within the open plan environment.
A Karndean walkway was created to lead the clients to the meeting rooms, with a feature Interface carpet to the Reception and Desso Commercial carpets within the meeting rooms and upper floor workspaces.
The ground and second floors were fitted with modern white gloss kitchens with integrated applicances, and the intermediate floors fitted with matching coffee points.
The design connects people and their departments within Rollits, giving the firm a truly fresh approach for a modern working practice and a clean contemporary feeling that reflects the quality of the brand well.
